Being (and having) a kid can be tricky- luckily, there are lots of safe and delicious herbs, foods, exercises, relaxation tricks, and other easy strategies to add to your parenting and growing up toolbox.
In this family-friendly class we'll explore natural ways to:
- make transitions easier
- support growing brains
- help with focus and attention
- lower anxiety and stress
- reduce morning and night-time struggles
- feel happier!
We'll taste and smell different herbs and oils, learn a magic relaxing hand massage, and even make our own tea blend to take home!
Suggested ages 5 to adult. Please note that all kiddos must come with a grownup. This class is broken up into: 50% listening, 25% smelling and blending, and 25% guided movement. Wiggly folks are welcome to take a quick break with their grown-ups as needed.
Suggested donation $15-30 per family (no one is turned away for lack of funds). All proceeds support community wellness workshops and scholarships for aspiring herbalists. Your generosity is appreciated!
